With all the windows overlooking Lake Michigan, it was time to get rid of all the seal failures so one can enjoy the view.

Installed in January, these windows helped keep the house warmer when the deep freeze hit.
The deck was already in place. We just added the pergola for looks and a little bit of shade.

The bay window we cut into the side to add light into the master bedroom. We also installed 7 other windows, a door, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters.
The window we took out was one big piece of glass. Now they have a beautiful new window that opens and lets fresh air into the living room.
This bathroom needed a quick face lift. I added 7 small can lights, skim coat all walls and paint and then added travertine above the tub surround and dark tile on the floor.
