The deck was already in place. We just added the pergola for looks and a little bit of shade.
Started with just cinder blocks and turned this into an extra 1000 square feet of living space, complete with a wet bar, full bath and a bedroom.

The bay window we cut into the side to add light into the master bedroom. We also installed 7 other windows, a door, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters.

The window we took out was one big piece of glass. Now they have a beautiful new window that opens and lets fresh air into the living room.
This bathroom needed a quick face lift. I added 7 small can lights, skim coat all walls and paint and then added travertine above the tub surround and dark tile on the floor.
